The Alternative Press Expo happened this weekend at the Concourse in San Francisco, CA, and I was thrilled to be a part of it!

It’s been a long, long time since I’ve felt so inspired after an event—usually I am left drained from being so social (I am a relatively shy/quiet person with strangers), but there were SO many inspirational artists around me that I feel totally energized to workworkwork on my own art. :) There were artists from Playdom, Cartoon Network, Pixar, Doublefine, etc. plus tons of awesome indie artists. I met a few people whose work I’d been following for years, and met other great artists who also work in the games industry. :)

If you are serious about your work, you NEED To go to APE! Forget SDCC. ;) APE is a great first venue.

Also—CRABAPPLE PLUSHIE! Though he’s only a prototype, everyone loved him—he was super well received by the crowd. :D I’ll have more info on him in the next week or two. :3

What’s next for inki-Jinx? Well, I’ll be at Pacific Media Expo next month (Nov. 9th-11th) in LA, as a part of the exhibit hall. :) I’ve never attended an LA con to sell my stuffs before, I’m super excited to meet people!
